The terms that apply when using Altura to find drone operators, submit enquiries, or list drone services.
These Terms of Service explain how Altura works as a marketplace and what customers and operators are responsible for when using it.

Altura is a drone services marketplace.

By using Altura, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or marketplace services.
Altura is the marketplace layer. It helps people find each other and manage enquiries, but it does not replace the operator providing the work.
Customers and enquirers are responsible for the requests they send through the marketplace.
Operators are responsible for the truthfulness of their listings and for the services they deliver.
Drone work often depends on conditions and legal limits outside the marketplace itself.
Messaging tools are provided to help the marketplace function, but response times and outcomes depend on the users involved.
During the launch phase, payments are arranged directly between the customer and the operator unless we clearly say otherwise.
Altura does not process payment, hold funds, issue receipts, manage refunds, or reverse direct payments during the launch phase.
Altura is not responsible for off-platform payment disputes or operator delivery disputes except where the law requires otherwise.
If platform payment features are introduced later, these terms may be updated to reflect that.
Altura may review marketplace records, enquiry threads, quote summaries, listings, profiles, and support reports where appropriate.
Repeated concerns may affect operator approval, marketplace visibility, or continued participation.
Altura does not run formal dispute resolution during launch and does not adjudicate direct payment or refund disputes as a payment platform.
Account security is part of safe marketplace use.
You must not misuse Altura or use it in a way that puts people, property, or the platform at risk.
Content stays with the user who provides it, but you allow Altura to use it to operate the marketplace.
Altura may change features, pause parts of the service, or be temporarily unavailable from time to time.
We may update or improve the marketplace over time, including its workflows, design, and available tools.
Altura is provided on an "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee job outcomes, operator quality, availability, pricing, or the legal compliance of any specific operator.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
To the extent allowed by law, Altura is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the marketplace.
Where Altura is responsible under law, our liability is limited to the amount reasonably connected to the relevant claim and the extent the law allows.
These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under New Zealand law, including consumer protections that apply.
Altura may suspend accounts, remove listings, or block access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, a safety concern, inaccurate information, or a breach of these terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Continued use of Altura after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
