• Google sign-in profile details such as your name, email address, and profile image where Google provides them.
• If an admin explicitly connects a Gmail account for operator acquisition workflows, Altura may access Gmail thread metadata, message content, sender details, and draft metadata needed to review outreach and prepare human-reviewed drafts.
• Customer and enquiry details, including your enquiry message, requested service type, location, timing, and any budget or project details you choose to share.
• Quote, message, and support details created when buyers and operators discuss scope, payment expectations, timing, access, safety requirements, delivery, or marketplace concerns.
• Operator details such as business name, contact details, service areas, listings, portfolio content, and certification, insurance, or licence details if those are collected through the marketplace.
• Marketplace activity such as enquiries, replies or messages, listing views, enquiry clicks, and dashboard activity.
• Technical data such as IP address, browser and device details, logs, cookies, and analytics or performance information.
• Altura does not currently process payments directly through the marketplace. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

3. How we use information

• Create accounts and let users sign in securely.
• Connect customers with relevant drone operators and pass along enquiries.
• Let operators create, manage, and improve their listings and profiles.
• Send transactional emails such as sign-in, account, and enquiry-related messages.
• Support admin-only operator acquisition workflows, including reviewing Gmail outreach threads and preparing human-reviewed draft replies when an admin explicitly connects Gmail.
• Prevent spam, misuse, fraud, and other abuse of the marketplace.
• Run support, moderation, and day-to-day admin operations.
• Review marketplace records, support reports, and operator conduct where a launch-phase concern is raised.
• Understand product usage and improve marketplace performance and features.
• Meet legal, safety, compliance, and record-keeping obligations where required.

4. Google sign-in and Gmail access

• Users may choose to sign in with Google.
• When you do, Altura may receive basic profile information from Google, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
• We use that information for login, account creation, and profile convenience.
• Separately, an admin may explicitly connect a Gmail account for operator acquisition workflows.
• When that Gmail connection is used, Altura may access Gmail thread content and draft metadata needed to review outreach threads, generate AI-assisted summaries, and create human-reviewed Gmail drafts.
• Altura does not request access to Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google content through this workflow.

5. Sharing information

• Enquiry details may be shared with relevant operators so they can review the job and respond.
• Operator listing and profile information may be visible to website visitors and potential customers.
• Altura may use service providers that process data for platform operations, such as Supabase, Vercel, Google Cloud, Resend, and analytics or logging providers used from time to time.
• Altura does not sell personal information.

• We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
• Our cloud providers may process data in New Zealand or overseas, depending on infrastructure and service configuration.
• No internet service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Ask for access to personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Request deletion or account closure, subject to any legitimate retention requirements.
• Raise a privacy concern or complaint with Altura.
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.

• Cookies and similar tools may be used for sessions, security, preferences, analytics, and performance monitoring.
• You can usually control cookies through your browser settings.
• Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the marketplace work.
